The Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) certified the song, commemorating over 500,000 digital downloads of the recording. The radio single also remained in the No. 1 position for 17 weeks on Billboard's AC Monitored chart, reached No. 1 on Billboard's National Christian Audience Chart, and also on both the AC Indicator and Soft AC charts.
